How It Works
You can join our Warwickshire oil syndicate for free by completing our membership form.
Members can place monthly orders via our site. Our order deadlines are always the first working day of each month. The minimum order amount is 500 litres and each order helps to increase our negotiating power, saving money for all our customers. Orders must be placed before 12 noon on the deadline date and, once submitted, are regarded as being binding.
To try to ensure we get you the best prices, we have split the County into four zones, you can see which zone you fall into based on your post code as follows:
Zone A: B95, B80,B98, B90, B92, B93, B94, CV35 8, CV35 7, CV8 Henley In Arden, Redditch, Solihull, West Warwick, Kenilworth
Zone B: B46, B78, B76, CV9, CV10, CV7, CV23, LE10 Birmingham, Suton Coldfield, Tamworth, Atherstone, Nuneaton, Coventry, Rugby, Wolvey
Zone C: CV47, CV33, CV35 0, CV35 9, OX15, OX17 Southam, Leamington, East Warwick, Banbury
Zone D: CV37, CV36, GL56, B49, OX7 Stratford, Shipston, Moreton In Marsh, Chipping Norton
After the deadline has passed, we negotiate the best price we can achieve from our range of suppliers, based on the total amount of oil ordered by our syndicate. We aim to confirm the following with you within 3-4 business days:
- order details and reference
- price per litre (exclusive of VAT)
- supplier details
- payment details
- delivery date (within 15 business days of the deadline date at the latest)
Once we’ve confirmed this, you will need to pay the oil supplier and they will deliver the oil to your property. Please note that they will confirm delivery times with you directly. They will rely upon the information provided in your membership form so it’s very important that you let us know of any changes so we can update the information we hold on our system.
And then you can sit back and decide what you’ll do with the money you save on your future oil orders!
