Rural Housing Enabler (Full Time)

Are you passionate about housing and could you help us as we work with various partners to deliver affordable homes for people who need them in rural Warwickshire? We’ve got over 20 years of housing experience and are looking to grow the possibilities.

WRCC is looking for a new full-time Rural Housing Enabler as part of an exciting national project funded by DEFRA to help tackle the lack of affordable homes in rural communities.

Ideally you’ll have some housing experience, though just as important is an ambition to make things happen and experience of engaging communities. The postholder will work closely with our Senior RHE to evidence housing need and engage partners to deliver affordable homes. You’ll work across Warwickshire, but will mainly focus on Rugby and North Warwickshire. We have office space in Wellesbourne but home working is an option.

The post is full-time and initially offered on a fixed term basis until 31st March 2025 (though we hope that funding will be extended and ongoing) with a salary of £33,945 (pay award pending).
