Our TLC Warm Space will be held in the Community Hall (linked to the Methodist Church) where we will serve hot drinks, biscuits and toast, or visitors can make their own.
There will be a number of games available (chess etc) in the main room. We are currently arranging a quiet room, where people can sit and read – we have a large collection of books that can be borrowed or purchased. This room will also be an area for charging phones, wifi is available in the main hall.
There is also a pool table in our lower room.
During the period of Advent (mainly Dec) during the mornings we will also be running a bread making (we call it bread church) in the kitchen and hall. Visitors will be able to bake bread and also share in a simple soup lunch (Freshly baked rolls & scones alongside the homemade soup)
We are aiming to continue bread making fortnightly in the new year.
