Rural Housing Week – 20 years of our Rural Housing Enabler project

We’re celebrating twenty years of the Warwickshire Rural Housing Enabler project, with over 250 homes developed.

The smallest scheme (to date) is just two shared ownership homes in Tysoe, completed in 2008 by Warwickshire Rural Housing Association.

The largest scheme (to date) is Harbury – phase 2: a mixed development of 10 affordable homes for rent and 17 local market homes, by Jephson Housing with Warwickshire Rural Housing Association and Linfoot Homes on a Rural Exception Site that was completed in 2014.
