Every Wednesday, 10.00am – 11.30 and every Thursday, 2.00pm -3.00pm

On Wednesdays we hold a 35 minute seated exercise class for a small fee of £1.65 and occasionally provide hotdogs/bacon baps.

On Thursdays we provide free hot drinks, biscuits and cakes in a warm space (donations welcome).
