Caremark and CFF team up to support Warwickshire Residents
At WRCC, we believe that strong local partnerships are key to helping people live independently in their own homes for longer.
WRCC CEO, Chris Cowcher and Community Food Fleet Manager, Tash Devis recently met with Barney Davis from Caremark Warwick to explore how our organisations can work more closely together to support residents across Warwick, Leamington, and Kenilworth.
While our customer bases don’t currently overlap significantly, there’s clear potential for greater alignment. Both WRCC’s Community Food Fleet (Meals on Wheels) and Caremark’s home care services share a common goal: enabling people to maintain independence and wellbeing in their own homes.
We discussed opportunities for:
- Cross-referrals between services
- Joint outreach and promotion to raise awareness
- Collaborative working to ensure more people know about and can access the support available locally
With the Community Food Fleet offering nutritious meals alongside warm and well checks, and Caremark providing tailored home care, there’s a natural synergy between our services.
This is a great example of how Warwickshire-based organisations can work together to benefit more people in our communities. We’re excited about the potential of this collaboration and look forward to sharing more as it develops.
If your business or organisation would like to work with us to support independent living in Warwickshire, please get in touch. Together, we can do more.
