Warwickshire and Solihull Community and Voluntary Action (CAVA): Trustee Survey
CAVA recently conducted a survey within the voluntary and community sector to gather insights into the recruitment and retention of trustees and committee members.

From the responses received, over 50% of participants indicated that they would find a peer support group beneficial. In response to that feedback, we have developed this short questionnaire. The information you provide will be invaluable in helping us determine the next steps.

What is a Peer Support Group?
A peer support group is a collaborative space where individuals serving as trustees or committee members in charities or not-for-profit organisations can come together to:

  • Share experiences
  • Exchange ideas
  • Offer mutual support
  • Learn from one another.

Are you a trustee or committee member? We would greatly appreciate your feedback on how a peer support group could be useful, or not useful, to you in your role. Please complete our 5-minute survey here.
